C3 Complete, a technology and telecom services provider based in Delray Beach, FL, has acquired TRACI.net, an established internet services provider (ISP).

While the financial terms were not disclosed, the acquisition will enhance C3’s support team, expand its channel presence, and diversify its service offerings.

Founded in 1987, TRACI.net transitioned from a voice messaging service to an ISP in 1997 and launched its first Hosted VoIP solution in 2004. The company has since become a trusted communications partner for small and medium-sized businesses.

C3 Complete, led by CEO Rick Mancinelli, specializes in providing tailored technology solutions, with a focus on infrastructure, virtual desktops, backup, and disaster recovery.
