Authenticx Announces $20M in Series B



Authenticx, the new standard in healthcare for listening to customer voices at scale, announced today a $20 million Series B funding round led by Blue Heron Capital, with participation from Beringea, Indiana Next Level Fund/50 South Capital Advisors, High Alpha, Mutual Capital Partners, Signal Peak Ventures, Allos Ventures, Elevate Ventures, and M25.

Authenticx has had a strong year of growth, with a 2.5x increase in ARR in 2022 and 64 new workers since July 2021, many of whom have joined product innovation and sales divisions. Furthermore, Authenticx’s customer base has more than doubled in the previous year, with its client portfolio now includes five of the top ten worldwide pharmaceutical corporations.

Customer input that is not requested is a vital resource for healthcare and life science firms. Authenticx identified multiple disruptive themes in contact centers after analyzing 100 million conversations with healthcare customers for its 2022 Customer Voices in Healthcare report, including failure to provide anticipated information via callbacks, callers becoming stuck between two or more healthcare entities, and conflicting information offered by different sources.

Scott Sanner, a Blue Heron Capital Operating Advisor, will join the Authenticx Board of Directors as part of the transaction. Mr. Sanner is the former CEO of Citra Health Solutions and has approximately 30 years of relevant industry expertise, having previously held positions of leadership at McKesson.
