Attention Secures M Series A to Drive AI-Powered Sales Enablement

Attention, a platform transforming customer conversations into actionable insights, has raised $14 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Alven, with participation from Eniac, 645 Ventures, Aglae, Frst, and Liquid2. The funding follows a 10x revenue increase this year, with clients like Crunchbase, BambooHR, Aircall, and Clay benefiting from the platform’s AI-driven sales solutions.

Founded by Anis Bennaceur and Matthias Wickenburg, Attention automates the process of capturing and analyzing customer data, helping sales teams close deals by leveraging the voice of the customer. The funding will accelerate Attention’s expansion into new markets, grow its go-to-market team, and enhance product development.

“Automating CRM entry was just the beginning. There’s so much more we can do from these precious interactions,” said Anis Bennaceur, CEO of Attention. The platform aims to fully automate routine sales tasks, allowing revenue teams to focus on strategic activities.

Lead investor Alven’s General Partner, Thomas Cuvelier, praised Attention’s Generative AI capabilities as a “paradigm shift,” enhancing sales productivity by replicating the features of top-performing deals. Austin Myers, VP of Revenue at Certificial, noted that Attention has streamlined processes and accelerated sales pipeline velocity, significantly boosting revenue growth.

This new investment sets the stage for Attention’s continued growth and leadership in AI-driven sales enablement.
