Skyline Robotics has successfully concluded a $9.8 million Pre-Series A-2 funding round, incorporating the conversion of SAFE Notes. The investment was spearheaded by Standard Skyline LLC, with additional contributions from Durst Ventures, the venture capital arm of the Durst Organization, and high-net-worth individuals. With a total funding of $19.4 million to date, this financial backing will propel the global expansion of Ozmo, the pioneering robotic-armed window cleaning robot developed by Skyline Robotics.

CEO Michael Brown expressed gratitude for the investment community’s confidence, highlighting the strong demand for their innovative solutions and the trust in their team and product to revolutionize the industry. The funds raised in this round will facilitate Ozmo’s entry into key markets such as NYC and London, bolster the research and development team to enhance service offerings, and establish Skyline’s new construction line of business.

Amidst its global expansion efforts, Skyline Robotics recently forged a partnership with Principle Cleaning Services to introduce Ozmo window-cleaning robots to the iconic London skyline. The company has also secured crucial patents from Japan and Singapore, solidifying its commitment to bringing Ozmo to cities and skyscrapers worldwide.

Ozmo, a cutting-edge technology that integrates artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, and advanced robotics with sensors, offers a window cleaning solution up to three times faster than traditional methods, all while prioritizing safety by eliminating risks to human workers. The result is a smarter, faster, safer, and more cost-effective alternative to human window washers.
