Bottom Line Equipment, based in Broussard, Louisiana, a company that specializes in heavy equipment and specialty attachment rental and sales for construction, demolition, pipeline, land management, and debris removal, has recently acquired H & V Equipment Services.
H & V Equipment Services, operating since 1991, offers rental, sales, and service of new and used construction equipment from three locations in south Texas.
With this acquisition, Bottom Line Equipment aims to expand its operations into the greater San Antonio and Progreso, Texas areas. The move will also support the growth of the company’s existing operations in Corpus Christi, Texas, aligning with its overall growth strategy.
As part of the acquisition, all three locations will offer Bottom Line Pro-Fit Solutions, which provides specialized equipment and attachment solutions to customers. The addition of H & V Equipment’s team will further strengthen Bottom Line Equipment’s presence in south and southwest Texas and enhance its ability to deliver exceptional service and support to customers in the region.
